How to report
Use this page for classified ads — stolen phones, scam property, fake jobs, hate in a description, photos that do not match the item. If the problem is a person in chat rather than the ad itself, open the conversation and tap Report user.
- Paste the ad link, or tap Report this ad on the listing so the link is filled in for you
- Pick the closest reason. “Something else” is fine if you are not sure
- Write what you saw. Screenshots in an email to support@saamman.com help if the ad might disappear
Reporting is not a substitute for the police. If money has already gone, or someone is threatening you, contact the police (and the FIA cybercrime wing for online fraud) as well as us.
Send a report
What happens next
Someone on the team reads the report. If the ad clearly breaks our prohibited items rules or looks like fraud, we take it down. We may ask you a follow-up question by email. We will not publish your name on the listing.
We cannot tell you everything we did to the other account — and we cannot refund money you already sent. That part is with your bank, JazzCash/Easypaisa, or the police.
